- Free Initial Consultation – We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your needs and to discuss Wills, Will Trusts, and LPAs. This consultation is at our expense if held virtually (via Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime) or by phone.
- Drafting Your Documents – We draft the documents you have requested and take the time to review them with you to ensure your approval and understanding.
- Finalisation – We assist in the completion and storage of your documents, ensuring everything is correctly in place for your complete peace of mind.
Example of our Fees
Single Wills start from £300+VAT (£360)
Couple’s Wills start from £500+VAT (£600)
These fees include consultations and revisions. Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney will be discussed during our first meeting, with any additional fees provided in writing if applicable.
Further Information
Virtual meetings are at our expense.
Office visits are charged at £150+VAT.
Home visits are charged at £250+VAT.
This fee assumes travel within 1 hour of our Colchester office. If you live further away, we will advise you of any additional travel costs when you book your meeting.
