Trusts can vary in complexity, and these fees are indicative of our typical prices. Wills with multiple trusts are quoted on a bespoke basis.

Specialist trusts can maximise tax efficiency by leveraging Business Property Relief for business assets, utilising untransferable nil rate bands to increase tax-free allowances, and removing value from an estate to qualify for the residence nil rate band. We will inform you if these are relevant to your circumstances as part of our service.

Fees for a lifetime trust depend upon the value and nature of assets involved. If you are unsure whether a Lifetime Trust is right for you and want to fully understand the tax and administrative implications, we offer a virtual Trust Advice Meeting for £400+VAT. This fee is offset against future invoiced trust work with us.
